SHIPPING

1) We use various different shipping carriers (EMS, ePacket, Yanwen Lines, Singapore Post, FedEx, UPS, Aramex) to send goods out to our customers, and different shipping methods have different terms and duration it takes to complete delivery.
2) Most products on our website come with Free Shipping (2-4 weeks worldwide delivery) However, we do have optional priority shipping too on selected products.
3) If you would like to receive a product on priority, we can offer alternative but costlier shipping methods. Do get in touch with EUROCARFIT Support for more details.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We take pride in our ties-ups with reputed international shipping carriers. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs duties or charges the local customs in the receiving country may charge, once the items have shipped. By purchasing products on our website, you consent to that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

We will be soon putting up a summary here of what to expect from Local customs in the EU or the Americas. The summary will explain the broad rules with links to the corresponding source of information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
